The challenge
Glenstone, a property investor with over 140 properties across the UK, wanted one workspace management solution for 20Mortlake. It needed to manage sales enquiries and existing clients, and let clients view their invoices and book rooms without asking the centre team.
The solution
twiin has partnered with Glenstone since 2019, supplying a 1Gb internet connection, telephony and twiinworkspace. The Sales module turns leads into clients, the workspace module manages them within the space, and the client portal lets clients take control of bookings and billing.
