Technology will play a vital role in reducing the impact of business globally. We work to reduce our own impact while helping our customers make more sustainable choices. We reuse existing equipment wherever possible, recycle retired devices through our charity partner, and invest in reducing the carbon footprint of our operations. We are working towards our goal of achieving carbon neutrality before 2030.

We aim to create an open, inclusive working environment where people are treated fairly, good ideas can come from anywhere and everyone has the opportunity to develop. Beyond our own team, we support community initiatives, charitable causes and industry programmes that help people build skills, broaden opportunities and create positive change.

Trust is at the heart of our relationships with customers, colleagues and partners. We aim to act responsibly, communicate clearly and deliver what we promise. Our approach is supported by policies and processes covering information security, data protection, ethical business practices and financial accountability. We maintain Cyber Essentials certification and carry out regular penetration testing across our key software products. We also work to make security understandable and practical, helping our customers make informed decisions about the technology their businesses rely on.
