ESG - ENVIRONMENT
Our environmental story
Living our brand values as a responsible organisation.
Supporting our clients to achieve their environmental goals
The pace of change in our industry can make equipment obsolete very quickly, increasing waste. That’s why we work closely with our clients to help reduce the environmental impact of the technology within their workspaces.
We recycle 100% of our equipment, including laptops, switches and phones, through our charity partner Jamies Computers, part of The Society of St James, Hampshire’s leading homeless charity. So we’re not just reducing our carbon impact, we’re also helping vulnerable local people experiencing homelessness.
Leading by example
As a tech company we are innovative by nature, and so we believe that we should be leading the way in reducing our carbon footprint, using our creativity and design expertise to set a great example for the sector and support our clients.
We are focused on activities which address each of the ways that our business impacts the environment.
Carbon neutral before 2030
We believe that setting clear goals is the best way to hold ourselves to account, so we are aiming at, and investing in, being carbon neutral before the government’s target of 2030.

HOW WE HELP
Lower-impact technology for our clients
-
Device-agnostic by design
Our services are designed to be device-agnostic, so new clients can keep their existing equipment and reduce their carbon footprint.
-
Nothing goes to landfill
Every laptop, switch and phone we replace is recycled through Jamies Computers, raising funds for The Society of St James.
-
Sustainable suppliers
We review our suppliers' sustainability policies every year and give preference to those aligned with our environmental goals.
-
Power usage in quotes
Where available, we include equipment power usage information in our client quotes.
Reducing the carbon footprint of our estate
Flexspace operators increasingly want to work with suppliers that put reducing their carbon footprint and sustainability at the centre of what they do. So we are working to reduce the carbon footprint of our company offices and vehicles.
